hello everyone...
new member here after finding every useful fish videoon youtube being frm here,i decided to join the site..
took a tour and looks a great site with plenty of helpfull members...

ok so i brought 2 baby red/giant snakehead babies....i ran outta money to fill my tank with stuff but im going out again tomorrow to fill it....i just need some advise on what to put inside the tank to make my fish ocmfortable...

my tank is
60 cm long
35 cm deep
and 23 cm side

im attaching some pics of the babies and the water filter and air control....i need to knw what else to add and if the air tube should be at the bottom or the top {as shown in the pic...

all comments will be helpfull...
ps...ignore the pic in the tank background....its my first day with the fishes and i was just playing around...as soon as i get real stuff to fill the tank with then i will remove everything frm the background..
cheers

WELCOME TO MFK.
add a filter and fake plant and your good to go.

where the air spray is doesnt really matter.
put some floating plants and some shelters for them.
when young they get scared easily sometimes.
hope you have a much bigger tank.
they grow FAST.
feed meaty foods.
mine at 1.5 inches are eating mainly shrimp meat.
and remember,UPGRADE SOON!

thx for all the replies....

small fish :D worked with mine! can get expensive, and you need to quarantine them for a while before hand! mine ate prawns, fish, small chunks of fish from supermarket, chicken, beef heart. they might need a day or 2 to chill out after the move. ive never known a red to turn down live fish if you get desperate.
