3 months ago, my brother caught 4 Giant Snakeheads and offered to give me two. I took them since I thought they were cool. Nowadays they are extremely different in how they act compared to my brothers snakehead. For one their colour hasn't changed as greatly as my brothers snakehead (Which is a real dark colour and no stripe is really visible), secondly they're not as aggressive (I'll drop a few fish in and they'll stare at it for a while before they calmly swim up and snag 'em) and lastly they tend to get scared extremely easily (Simply entering my room is enough for them to bolt around the tank)

Here's a bit about them and the tank:
1. Both are about 7 inches or so
2. Tank is 3x1.5x2 (If that's right)
3. Heater in water (Since there's A/C in my room)
4. Normal filter.
5. Lighting (Shop gave me a three coloured light)
6. I can't afford a proper stand yet so I keep the tank on the floor above thick Styrofoam.
(Forgive the lack of information, I'm just not as experienced with that kinda stuff)

I've not got much knowledge on keeping fish and I can't find much good information on them since everything is about "Fishzilla" and it's frustrating because I want my Snakeheads to be happy and healthy. Any help will be appreciated.

ph level blah blah blah might make them be very sensitive or they might still not recognize u,btw u gonna need a pond dude

Bro putting the tank on the floor is not a gd idea coz the vibration of the
Flooring will make the fish scared.. So try to put it at plc wher less human traffic are involve

Thanks for the welcoming Barracuda ^^ I'm getting a either a tank or a pond in 2 more days, just waiting for the fish shop to have them in stock. Tanks about 7x3x3.5 and I read that they need at least an eight footer, so that should do them for the time being until I can turn one of the old rooms in the house into an aquarium room (Plenty of space). As the parameters go, I'm not too sure. I haven't got the equipment for it just yet since I've spent all my money on an aquarium. I do however change 10-20% of the water once every two weeks, depending on how the water looks.

Cobra snakeheads are not really afraid of people at all. It has nothing to do with traffic or people. Even at that size, they shouldn't be scared. My cobras were savages even at 4 inches. It's probably your water quality. Snakeheads are very sensitive to water. They won't eat and become skittish if your water is bad. Also, your tank is a joke. I had mine in a 150 gallon tank, and I still decided it was too small for them. So, I gave them away.

I've read that they are quite sensitive to water, that's why I change it once every 2 weeks. Maybe it's more than that so I'll try and look up some sort of water cleanser or something.

I don't have the money to spend like that and I have to work hard for whatever money I get, so it's not really that easy to say and to call my tank a joke. I will upgrade my tank soon.
