Where do you plan on putting the Channa Micropeltes aka Giant Snakehead ?
They are ravenous killing machines. They grow extremely fast. Tbh should be kept with other channa micropeltes. Back in the day they were sold in the US under the name Redline Snakehead.

I plan on putting it in the aquarium with my two bichirs and two hornet cichlids. Once it grows a bit larger, I will put it in the pond with my pacu.

There are two fish under the name Hornet Cichlid pseudotropheus Crabo and the Buttikoferi. The Redline Snakehead will eat or kill the Crabo. Buttikoferi and young Redline a toss up.
