Giant trevally (Caranx ignobilis)

thats pretty cool. They don't look very stripey though.... maybe cause they're in fw?

it is a jack crevalle, we used to catch them in Florida in saltwater and freshwater rivers
 
i've seen jack in the fl canals too...i grew up there hahaha....but they dont venture too far inland from what i remember...but still very cool...

i know tarpons make it pretty far iinland however...caught a 14" once in cooper city...wish i was keeping fw at the time hahah

I have caught jacks 50 miles inland in the Caloosahatchee River
