that fish is not a "cross" between a gourami and a SH. as has been mentioned already, that is a "climbing perch", Anabas testudineus. the other fish beside the climbing perch (the sixth pic) is actually a juvenile Channa striata, the native Philippine snakehead (some ichthyological sources say that that fish is not native but an introduced species dating from about 300 years ago).
