But what do i need to do when i cut it? Do i need to put some medicine in the water when im done or what? I have to put him back in the same tank since all my other tanks are full with other fishes that will turn into food for him. Do i need to give them some relaxing stuff before i cut it off??

u know what its getting better i think. Ive done 20% water changes since i notice the gill curl and its still little curld but not as before. It just sticks out now and not pointing forward as before.
