No I'm not a vet or a dictore (Wish I am, lol!). Just learned this method from a buddy of mine back in Singapore.

Good job. The soft membrane is growing back nicely.

Just for info, the hard gill plate is the one which is not possible to grow back 100% if cutted. Only the soft tissue is able to grow back good as new.
