Gill Curl Surgery

Nice job. Excellent fish. I have a fish with gill curl and considered performing the procedure. What causes gill curl and if it is harmfull to the fish?

gill curl is usually from bad water quality, if leave untreated it could get worse and eventually will lead to death in fish due to gill infection, etc.
