Hey Jason, I had frogs once, thoght they would be cool to watch eat and stuff, and it was if you bought live food like crickets, one escaped and i found him months later, mumified behind the tv, have you considered geckos, they are cool too. i have a painted turle now, had a snapper, they were cool, crayfish are crazy ass pets, they fight and fun to watch, can get the electric blue lobster and some other cool ones on ebay. of course on mfk you will catch some hell for not throwing an arow in there, but i like to have different stuff sometimes too.. college roomate had turantula, we were always afraid of him and poked him with hangers and stuff, he bit the guy we bought him from, one day this drunk hockey player came over and reached in and was letting "adolf" climb on his face and stuff, was crazy. the tarantual wasnt exactly a chic magent either.

I've got friends in Loveland...and Mtn. Pike and cichlidmonster live close by...so your right in the hot spot. How do you like the LFS there in Ft. Collins? I wanted to check them out but never had the time when i was visiting. Anywho....

I like a couple of them. I like the selection at denisons of the deep but the people that run it are asses. I dont buy from there unless they have something I need. I know the owners of Bobby's fish through a friend, but I dont really like there selection except for the fact that they have piranahs there. D&G has the best fish IMO but the prices there are kind high. I have actualy had some of the best luck at petco, they take care of there fish really well for a chain store and they always have better deals on stuff. I just heard that a new store is open some where around here and want to check them out.

Thanks for all the input on this stuff. My GF has a frog fetish so are whole house is decorated in frogs, and she needs some that are alive to finish her collection. I will get a new big tank out of it when all is done and said. I have been eyeballin a 90gal. I would also like to point out that I have more fish than I know what to do with so if you all want to give me crap about the frog tank Im ok with that.

some rams would be a nice addition, small mouths and look good. Put some plants in it too.
