Giving in to feeding crickets again, eight weeks no food for Jardini ?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Well you can gut load the crickets so possibly the crickets would be more nutritional. Feed them the pellets before feeding the jar. You can also feed the crickets things like carrots, oranges, kale, spinach. But if you have pellets might as well use them.
Thanks will do ?

Thats a long time so I don't blame u for giving in to crickets. Just give him a few meals and reset start over with the training. When training have u switched up feeding scenarios like trying different times of the day or having light off rather than on? Also the brand of pellet helps alot of the time. I've had better success with Hikari carnivore and tetra jumbomin for some reason. I think because it's the two stickies pellets I've ever fed lol. Gotta play around with it and be persistent....lights on lights off...feed right after lights on or mid day etc. It also helps when u use pellets that can easily be eaten...if your fish has a small mouth try breaking pellets to the correct size.

Thank you, I appreciate the advice. I will keep at it and try your recommendations.
