You can be lucky and get staff who really know about fish at these stores ,but most of the time its uninterested people who just need a job, you've got to blame the company and management, its their responsibility to get the right people/training in there, I've been to a few really nice chain stores and for whatever its worth I let the people in charge know that the fish dept. is doing a great job, the guy who takes care of the fish said he really appreciated it, so I have to stick up for these stores.......sometimes!!!!
