I will include the light in the $250 price if someone picks up SATURDAY (5/7) afternoon.

Here's a pic of the rusted out hinge I referred to. Screws came off due to water/humidity softening the wood. It still holds the lid open (as you can see in previous pics) but ought to be replaced while its off the tank and stuff.
