alright so i just glue those pieces on the perimeter of the bottom peice of glass right? make the edges perfectly flush and make sure they dont hang off the bottom

bingo.

edit, they go on the inside of the tank, not the outside..., see the just fixed my 240 glass silicone is dryng as we speek check out the pics thread, it had a exelent example of how to glue the braces in... just disregard the repair...
 
it would be easier to that 1st before i start putting the tank together wouldnt it? glue those on then let it dry for like 5-6 hours and then start putting the tank together
 
yes it would... man thats a lot of pre Assembly Assembly..., you have to glue the top braces and the bottom ones, then the tanks comes together then the cross braces along the top, man this is making me horny...

I hope this helps, this is the botttom view, the bottom payne is 78X24...

the long braces are 74"(6.2')X2", the side ones are 24"(2')X2"
