My 40g glass tank is clean on the outside but inside in the corners there’s more algae growth from where the flagtail can’t reach and there’s also these little white spots I don’t know what they are it’s possible they’re extremely small detritus worms but I don’t think so but I’m just wondering what the best way to clean the inside of the aquarium glass is

Snails or bushy nose plecos

If I add snails I feel like my catfish or cichlids will try to eat them and don’t have room for a bushy nose pleco, I’ve thought of a dozen 1-1.5” Siamese algae eaters but I know how big they get I’d love to have a giant algae eater but don’t have space

Rtc/tsn Rtc/tsn it wont grow somewhere else but it will free float and your fish will probably eat it or it will get sucked up by the filter. My starlight pleco does wonders keeping my 75g algae free and they stay smaller.

I'm curious how you have room for a dozen SAE but not for a single BNP? True SAE are better on hair algae. Malaysians or trumpets reproduce fast enough that predation by pisces shouldn't be a problem.

I meant because the SAE would slowly get eaten bye everything but still do a bit of cleaning and no I don’t have room for anything Else and don’t plan on getting anything else for the tank
