In hopes that they would clean a bit then yea I don’t see it as any different then buying feeders other than the reason for having them I mean I don’t like the idea but yes If it were to help the tank until I could find a better way then yes

saes are expensive feeders and would be killed before they make a dent.

I have a magnetic scraper but it doesn’t reach in the corners I’m just going to use a tooth brush
