Do you move your fish aswell when you move? Im getting ready to move to San Antonio... Im afraid of giving up my Clown Knife, because I dont want him to die in the move, what would you suggest?

Lol..its funny, especially with all the precautions and preparations ive taken "in the event" of a move, i havent had to move for almost 6 years.
If the move isnt too far i would keep the fish, especially if i were fond of it. If i were to go Overseas to another country i think leaving the fish behind would be my only choice. I think what some people do when moving fish is to have a tank set-up and ready at the new location. Ive transported a clown knife almost 2 hours on the road in a cooler with a battery operatad pump. and he was fine. Ive seen some other posts on here regarding fish moves. im sure they can help you out.

Glass tanks are very heavy but they look very nice. I have 2 225 acrylic tanks 5ft by 3ft and both of them together don't weigh as much as my 120 glass, but the acrylic scratches very easy and it is much stronger. acrylic is the way to go
