Glass thickness for 12ft all glass?

Iits going to be a show tank built into tge wall of my new house and I only want one window acroos the entire span ...not into a bunch of veiwing windows......you think it will be cheaper to with like 2 inch acrylic ??? Gonna compare some prices

I'm really not wanting to do wood seems like a lot of work for similar pricing and if something goes wrong....and when you move and to cut it aparat and reassrmble then you would need to do all you fiberglassing again.... even thou I do a lot of carpentry and could get cheap product from work I think plywood is not very reliable I would rather do concrete
