Me.. Glasscages=Great Tank for a Great Price

Thats where im at with them right now...as long as my tank holds and it seems it should you cant beat a 240 long reef ready for like 7-800 bucks (I dont remember what I paid off hand).

I just want to clarify that the incompetence I'm talking about is customer service wise. I can't really say about their tank builds. I bought one tank from them and it seems sound.

But their service? Holy cow. I spent over 4k with them and I swear, it was the worst experience I had in over a decade customer service wise. What should have been a fun time being a big toy consumer was a disaster instead. The experience could have made an episode of Faulty Towers. They literally screwed up everything they could.

Sorry to hear about the bad customer service. Although, that seems to be the biggest negative put towards them. Alot of folks have experienced the same thing.

Me on the other hand, have never had a bad experience with them. Tom has always been very helpful and always alowed me to come down to his farm and pick out the tank I wanted. I have bought many from him ranging from 55g to my new 300g.
Never had one to leak yet. So I have never had a reason to call them with a complaint or question.
But face to face, Tom at glasscages is a great guy to work with and has gained a life long customer with me.

:headbang2 build your own =] You will not complain about anything, custom make everything the way YOU want + if something does f...up you will have only yourself to blame :P

( being semi-serious )

Good luck ! :D
