Glasscages = Rude

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
My stands are coming in today. They are delivering them inside my house, which is nice. I will take a few pictures. They are delivering the glass at a different time, since I'm ordering 3 larger tanks. I can't complain delivery was free and they were about $1,000 cheaper than Glasscages. I heard there quality was ok, but not sure. I will post pics of my setup later and you all can decide. I ended up going with a company callled Ocea.

That is awesome, I really look forward to seeing them all. I'll have to check out that company later on. I'm not planning on being in the market for a while but it's always nice to know different options.

Here is the stand for the 240 gallon. The camera is crappy, but atleast it gives you an idea. The double rack stand was amazing. There was one problem though. It wouldn't fit through my front door. With the extra trim that I wanted, it was just too wide. I was amazed that the guy said no biggie and took it back to the shop. Thats customer service! I really like the canopy on this stand. Its very nice how easy it just flips up. My other tanks have the type of lid where the whole top comes up, which I don't like.

I just wanted to add that the 240 gallon aquarium drilled was only $620. The stand/canopy was better priced than class cages as well. I also got a steal on a 100ish gallon wetdry.

That looks very nice. If you don't care post or pm me some detaile pictures of the canopy when you get a chance. I am planning building a couple sometime in the not so distant future.

Wow, that is a very impressive price. Don't blame you for going with them.

The 75-100 gallon wet/dry with bioballs etc was only $100. That is a steal. They are usually dramatically more expensive than that, so he was being nice on that one.

you ever raise hogs? got any opinions on that? maybe guinee hens? possibly camels? you could search those and give your opinions but they would still be of things you have no experiance in. i just hate badmouthing without a reason besides the internet said so.
:ROFL::ROFL::ROFL::ROFL::ROFL::ROFL::ROFL::ROFL::ROFL: NICE

agreed.

however, I would argue that all the negative reviews about glasscages isnt just 'the internet'

its fellow hobbyists like you and me...

Just think how much more you could have contributed to this thread if you had actually had SOME (any) interaction with Glasscages................it boggles the mind.:ROFL:
