I chose not to add anymore as to not start a fight in your other thread. The PRK is doing just what I was talking about in your other thread. Like I said in the other thread becareful what you wish for. Kali has already started the process. It just makes it easier for them to pass the next bill to completely make fishkeeping there illegal unless your a zoo. You guys already have an asanine ammount of fish on your restricted list. Some of them have no purpose, in my eyes, being on the list. California always knows whats best for it's people.
Thats why they are illegal.
