my family is a bunch of rednecks, me not so much but i have my days haha. they always said peta meant people eating tasty animals lol. but all they say about peta is very very true. my better half has been a vegetarian for over 8 years and can not stand anything to do with peta. they are awful, awful people. they kill more animals than any other organization. i was also told that they actually throw real animal blood on people in fur. not just dye or paint. where do they get this animal blood and how exactly was it ethical? i dont know about treating animals ethically, because i treat my animals like family.

Holy defensive fellas. There is no need to attack me, As I have previously stated, I dont follow Peta, I am not vegan, I was stating that your claims are simply over-exagerated. Same as what CCF does to Peta. The link that Jcardona provided is supported and funded by CCF. These are the people clubbing the seals. I know this is argueable buts its viable in the context of this discussion. They are the ones that are exploiting the animals for their own personal bank accounts. All their members are involved in some type of business that exploits animals. Peta has members than actually care about what they are fighting for. You have to be 1 hell of dedicated individual to firebomb something, and I can give them respect in that aspect.
Again, I dont support Peta, but I wouldnt call them terrorists. Every organization is after money, I dont hear any complaints about the starving kids in Uganda commercials. Or the other sad puppy dog eyed animals with sad music trying to swindle some pity money.
I have no problems eating meat thats been humanly killed and using the leathers and feathers as not to waste them. But you guys saying that showing baby seals getting kills is a bad approach? Its reality. Out of sight, Out of mind doesnt work for me.
Ive seen videos of slaughter houses slitting pigs/cows/fouls/sheeps necks and slowing legging the blood run out. Ive seen horribly deformed chickens/cows that cant even walk due to hormones induced. Its disgusting the suffering these animals go through. and Yes its VERY painful to watch as we are all animal lovers, but its happening and this is the part of peta I support. Yes they do kill alot of animals HUMANLY, but the National Human Society agrees with me. Domesticated pets have become extremely over-populated. These dogs in Australia are Feral. They were pets at 1 point. Now they run a muck. Same with the boars down south.
Its not like pets are hard to come by these days. I can find dozens of free pets in the paper. Yes, Peta has gotten bad media coverage, because you guessed it, Media is CCF. Plus theres too much liability in selling animals with temperment issues. In my heart, I cant support the killings of these animals, But unfortuantly I dont see any other solution.

Open ur eyes. ur even supporting the killing of the animals they do. U say u dont but say u see no other solution. simple one. U have a 33million dollar budget. care for the animals. dont kill almost all of them. Thats not propaganda thats FACT. Its a hypocritical, terrorist organization. They claim that even if a cure for AIDs came from animal research they would not support it. Yet one of thier higher ups is an insulin dependent diabetic. Where do u ask does the insulin come from. ANIMALS! to be exact pigs.
