Heavily saturated with salt water, partially hollow, it went right into the tank.

Lots of worm holes, and termites damage.

Heavy with salt water, it sank right away.

More that 6 ft (2 meters) long, it coveers the length of the 180 gal (680 L) tank.

I had to google Chiraq.
Near my old stomping grounds of Milwaukee, where iused to collect drift wood from the shores of Lake Michigan.
Where some of the most gonzo cichlid keepers live, I attended lots of GCCA events where picked up tons of interesting cichlids.

Yes sir, I’m lucky to have the GCCA as my local club. Recently I was able to get 5 Herichthys labridens at the last Rare Fish Auction. One of those species that I haven’t seen in years.

Another stor last night knocked some bromeliads off trees.
Found this one while walking the dogs this morning.

Looked like it'd be perfect to adorn the log that's too long and hangs over the end of the 6 ft tank.

Fit pretty good in a hole of the log.
