:ROFL::ROFL:glad i'm not getting all the love here on MFK :ROFL::ROFL:...this is good fish keeping...he is and along with all of us are keeping good fish...what's your problem bro...jealous??? maybe john can give you a few tips about keep fish like a real monster fish keeper...i'll be glad to help if needed but looking at the pics, john is more than qualified to show you a thing or two when you are ready :)

me too :D

Like a real monsterfishkeeper? this thread is a reason to be jealous and
I see no HKN in this tank, these fish can "god" forbid actually move. Keeping monster fish for most of us is about providing something out of the ordinary when it comes to both size and filtration. but then again, since its just fish you would probably get away with hooking a redtail to intravenous drip and pour a glass of water on it every hour. its not like its a dog

NICE tank Jlnguyen! keep up the good work in aroville! always inspirational seeing your threads!

btw, the autobot is on my friendslist so if I hear from him bc this it will just be nice! ;)

Has this site become so PC that people are willing to turn a blind eye to blatently overcrowded / undersized tanks just to avoid conflict?

When this site was conceived the thought was "MONSTER". To think outside the box and showcase the other hobbyist throughout the world. Japan is very popular for the overcrowding style tanks. Yet, they have been very successful in keeping the fish they have in good health. Is it for everyone, of course not. Just like there are other sites on the net that would cater to ones needs. More than anything this site has contributed to the overcrowding style tanks in my opinion. Have you seen the first pictures that were posted when this site went live. It was mostly pictures from "SPICYNOODLE" showcasing OVERCROWDED Tanks.

I love to see different tanks & styles and can appreciate people showcasing their tanks whether it's over crowded or not.

I can see where your coming from and you have every right to voice your opinion. Kudos to you for not being a yes man ;)

BTW - Aroville looks like a place where you can just daze out looking at those beauties. Looks incredible.

even as this was not directed at me I feel a bit narrow minded when you put it this way! (no irony intended what so ever) very well spoken!

BUT, as I do not doubt the skill behind successfully keeping fish in "to small" tanks. the attitude of the person doing it plays in a lot.

well, nevermind.. well spoken anyways and good luck with your blue boys.

Thank you kind sir and it's not a bash at anyone just wanted to point out the obvious.

You log into "MONSTERFISHKEEPERS" you would expect to see monsters.

You log into "REEF CENTRAL" you expect to see Reef systems.

You log into "Cypos" you expect to see Frontosas.

You get the point..LOL..;)
