agree'd any diy project I do requires 25 trips to lowes.

worst part is not having a use for a project you really want to do!!!!!! i live across the street from a lowe's, so its tempting to build tons!

lack of a level building surface is hands down the worst part of any/every DIY... every cement surface around my house is bumpy and uneven and the same goes for every bit of floor in my house...

this is one that bothered me greatly when I was younger. I would pay close attention to a project and make sure it was nice and square, only to have it rock when I placed in the house. From what I gathered it was the norm for everyone with any project. And ever since i allways have a shim kit on hand.
