In time they will, but it will take several years of very good care to get them to that point...even then most colombians tend to max out around 12-14" which is acceptable for a 90G.

Well it will live but how natural will it be a 14" fish in 90gal along with whatever else you are putting with him. Sounds like that fish will be sitting a jail sentence to me he will need some space 150 to 250 at least if you have some other fish in the same tank.
