No darters, but a decent day of dipnetting. Caught around 30 chub YOY(kept 10), 2 small yellow bullheads, 3 crayfish, and a big rebreasted sunfish(released).

I would love to have the redbreast too! But, if I caught one where I live I would have to release it because they're considered endangered where I live.

Went down to the creek yesterday hoping for some darters too, but the water is a bit high and fast at the moment...

I don't have any permits or anything so I couldn't sell any natives. Plus, I've never shipped. There are so many redbreasts in this creek it is unbelievable.

Haha, they aren't that great if it helps at all. They look awesome but they are meaner than any other sunfish. I kept one for about 6 months and it killed my crappie and almost my Redfin pickerel. So I thought if it wants to be a big mean fish it will be with other big mean fish. I threw it in my 600 gallon pond with my 19 inch bass and it was eaten instantly. I didn't really even miss it.
