Coral safe, they just eat whatever inverts or fish they can fit in their mouth- a FuManchu Lionfish would work!
And not too bad, usually they keep their distance pretty well. Just have to keep an eye on what is a rock and what just looks like a rock though, lol.

Salt is pretty fun. I really love the fish, I wouldn't mind one day having a big 180 saltwater as a living room piece or something.

So the lionfish is safe for reef but will eat my clean up crew??? If there is a clean up crew that can go with that lionfish I just might get that lion fish

Anything with shells or spines will be fine - larger shrimp should do okay as well. But really the only problem I'd expect to see would be if the Lionfish decided to try and eat a Shrimp no matter the size. Hermits, snails, urchins, starfish etc. will be fine.

Just set it up about an hour ago...protein skimmer will take a few more days to get here...all I have tested was the salinity... I do have a couple questions...whats the correct name and spelling of the green stuff I put in my gutted out hob filter?? Next question is how long does my water stay cloudy???

That looks like plenty of rock. Organize it and keep moving forward. Dont add more rock till you actually get some more stuff in there
