I'd drop the new fish into the 75g...and add some gravel, a filter or some media from another tank to get it cycled.

Adding it to a tank without quarantine is a bad idea (for the new fish and the existing ones), no matter the source of the new fish.

I agree with Matt, the breeding pair of Sevs isn't going to welcome the newcomer with open arms. I wouldn't risk the investment.

Paying 24 for the fish and about 84 for shipping. Its a bit much but I can't find any anywhere else. Unless I want one from aqua bid but I don't trust that site.
