..I had it done about five years ago and it turned out to be one of the best decisions that I made.I felt fine afterward and felt like driving home from the place but was instructed not to so I did'nt.

Same here.

ya they said i cant drive for a few days, but other then blurry i dont understand why not lol. I feel fine they didnt even give me any kind of pain meds.

And I see 8 fingers

I had it done in the spring. Glad the surgery went well. I never really got nervous until midway in the surgery. They instructed me to stare at the flashing red light during the procedure. But halfway through, it disappeared. Follow the doctors directions and you will be fine. Definitely rest your eyes. I rested the first day per his request, but on the second i was up and doing all sorts of stuff because i couldn't take having awesome vision and just sitting there with my eyes closed. I payed for it on the third day. I was SUPER sensitive to light on that day and my eyes were in tears for the entire day. So even though you feel great right now, keep resting those eyes periodically.
Good luck!

I was 20/400 before the surgery, everyone ive talked to that has had it says they are now 20/15 now.

Ive been stayin in the dark mainly, using light from another room to dimly light the room im in. And waited for the sun to go down to go out and do my laundry.

It so awesome to walk around and be able to read and see stuff with out having to deal with glasses. I rolled out of bed after my nap that they told me to take, and was shocked to open my eyes and see everything in my room semi clearly. Cant wait for my eyes to fully heal.
