No need for hostility.
It's a jaw defect. Possibly at birth, possibly sometime after. I also keep both calvus and comps. Their jaws can sometimes get caught when biting and get displaced. Sometimes it goes back to normal right away, sometimes it's permanent. Looks like his bottom jaw is stuck open, and the top portion is compensating by extending over, giving the odd appearance. As long as he's able to eat, I think he'll be fine.
Unfortunately, the market for calvus with jaw deformities is not high. The other posters are just suggesting full disclosure on the jaw defect when you sell the fish. I would agree with them.
