Gold dust mollys

How many do you guys think is suitable for a 8x3x3 tank? I'm doing a large planted freshwater tank. I want a large school of mollys. And I like the look of the gold dust mollys.

You really won't need too many Mollies. Once they start breeding the group will grow expeditiously.

They're not really a "schooling" type fish, so if you want to see them in a tank that large I would start with 50-100. I wonder if they breed true though? You may end up with a ton of mutant molly's that would be very difficult to extract in a large planted aquarium...

Yeahh mollys won't really school unfortunately and In a larger tank I think schooling would look awesome, maybe some form of tetra?
