They are completely different from any gold morphs I've ever seen. I've seen golds before but they were never completely devoid of patterns, same with the xanthic. Very unusual.

Fish On Fire - the ones you are thinking about, are not real golds. They are just a market name for normal jags that may be a little more yellowish than a normal jag, but they are just normal jags.

Not 100% positive here but I believe gold jags are pure not hybrids but rare within the trade?
