Probably is. I buy the "Canadian Nightcrawler" cartons at Walmart every couple of weeks. The worms are huge, plump and tasty for my large CA/SA Cichlids. He definitely enjoys them.

Haha good idea. Sadly I tried the worms and his tank mate the oscar ate both worms lol I guess I'll drop in 3 tomorrow.

I'm operating on cichlid pellets, bloodworm, daphnia, tubifex etc; frozen lol. I should probably try and get some veg/algae in there if possible...
