Ya that fantail is rad! Hope it went back so it could pass those cool genes on. I love the different markings and colors of fish. SO crazy how they can look so different even when in the same river.

Yeah he went back after a few pictures I wish I could have got a picture of the other one its tail was twice as big as this ones but it is crazy the way some fish turn out

I didn't even know there was such a thing as a fan tail rainbow. It would be interesting to see if theres a rainbow trout morphology, and colour variation database. MFK would be a great resource if there isn't. People catching trout from all across north America and photographing them.
