Gold wolf, red wolf, or Black

How big does a black wolf and a gold get Realistically on average in a home aquarium? Some some say black get to 18 or more but i only see 16“ average

Idk, I would think closer to 18. I don’t doubt mine puts on another 5 inches and significantly larger girth. Oddly enough he’s completely given up feeders, I’m on week 2 with a goldfish in the tank after feeding fresh meats over the past year. I’m gonna try a school of small tetras soon and see how it goes

Red gets 8-9 inches on average, often smaller. Largest red is 10-11. 40 breeder is a good size.

my one is about 5 inches only bought it in january think they can get to between 14-16 inches
