Golden Base Flowerhorn Fading

I have a young Golden Base Flowerhorn starting to fade. Can anyone tell me how long it last usually. I know it’s different for every fish.

Like you stated, its vary for every fish. I had fish faded in a month, and another still fading after 2 years. Nice looking fish though, just give it some time.

What do you mean? Once they fade they stay that color. Some only partially fade but yours seems to already have very little black.
