Golden based FH pair breeding

The female regularly lays eggs on the rocks.... but since it's a community set up with other FHs, Red Devils, Bichirs etc..... the eggs eventually get eaten in a couple of days.
Thought of giving the eggs a chance by taking out the rock. Keeping my fingers crossed. Here's some pics.

Pic 2: Close up of the eggs.
Pic 3: Mommy FH at 5 inch plus size. The pic is a bit old.... the black patch due to the fading process is not there anymore. And looks way more colourful during breeding time.
Pic 4: Daddy FH at 10 inch plus size. Feisty dude..... really pissed off at me having stolen the eggs!

Here's some pics from the 3rd day of stealing the eggs. Closer look tells one that the babies have started forming inside!
Any idea about how to get rid of the fungus-ed eggs? My plan is to blow the live eggs with a dropper and then just take out the rock with the dead eggs stuck on it. Is that alright.... or there's a better plan?

Day 4: Day 1 for wrigglers!
Around 600/700 at visual count..... rest 300/400 were lost to fungus.

Looks like my visual count was way off..... armed with a dropper and all the time in the world, i managed to transfer 1560 wrigglers to a different bowl. Still the mortality rate is around 30 frys a day.... hope it will get reduced with each passing day.

Any idea of the offspring strain.... what percentage of fader will I get?.... since both parents are so.
