Yup. Mike (H20) has them mixxed. As soon as these are too big to be eaten they will be mixxed with rays as well.

If you decide to get rid of one keep me in mind. :)

Cool!

Definetly will.

If there is even one casulty/or fighting gets bad the group will be broken up. I now have homes for 2 so this will work out just fine.

Regarding Dorados and other species of fish - if introduced into an established tank, and raised from juvenile status (4" or so) along with other fish who are slightly bigger with similar growth rates, is the inter-species aggression still as high? Does anyone have any experience with this sort of thing? Just asking here rather than starting yet another Dorado behavior thread, but I didn't see this situation represented all that much in the others.

ive kept them with other fish without problems.
maybe a little torn fin here and there.
but nothing over serious.
the key is raising them with other fish from young, much like malas.
most of them do tend to hate silver things throughout their life though...

Would like to hear experiences......

I have 4 and they are relentless. Just fighting non stop.

Is this even remotely possible?

Seems this may be more difficult than a shoal of Armatus.

Most of time not possible we had six 12" in a 800 gallon grew them out from 2" and the most dominant one would just harass the rest non-stop and even killed a few. I have one thats three years old and around 20", shedd aquarium has some over 3ft easy. There best kept alone.

That 20incher must really be beautiful.
