I believe you are not the only victim. I recongise some of the pictures which can be found in the Internet using google that belong to others....

What's the point? people will take your pictures and continue to publish all over their usage. I got tons of pictures been watermarked but still got other traders using my pictures as their so-called own production...

You got a case here as long you can prove that those are your pictures and with original file. he can be sued for copyright.

One thing puzzel me is that, if he's in this trade why didn't he use pictures of his own fish? I'm sure there're alot to be used unless....
