Get some of the tank water, put the water and fish into the largest rubbermaid container you can, and you should be fine. While you are filling the tank, either put the fish into an existing aquarium, or add an airstone to the rubbermaid.
 
That Jag is a beaut! He's got quite a case of HITH though. I would transfer him in a rubbermaid as suggested by Gilkm but I would definitely use the new tank as a quarantine while treating the HITH. Just run an air stone in the rubbermaid while you set up the tank and be sure condition the water and seed the filter heavily with media from an established tank. Also, find out what he's been eating and spoil him with a more varied diet. Good luck.
 
That's a good looking fish. Five gallon bucket...or as noted, any larger rubbermaid container. You might want to line the bucket or the container with a 3 mil plastic bag. You can tie of the top and stop any water sloshing during the trip.

What do you mean "seed the filter with media from another established tank," just take water from a tank with good bacteria in it and put some of that water in the filter?
