I've seen lots of 'wild' goldies people have released that look almost as good as her. Not quite as large though..

No, it means the lake is not owned by a city/county/state ie is owned by an individual, therefore laws regarding invasive species and collecting fish do not apply...

LOL. You could take it that way . It's a neighborhood lake, governed by a lake association. Along these lines, you could say I own ~1/200 of the lake. How's that?
