Tank would be cramped for a full grown shubunkin, comparable to an oscar in that size. Gourami shouldn’t be too much of a nuisance, but temp isn’t optimal for either. Doable (I’ve done it, they were fine together) but goldfish and tropical really should remain separate.

So would I be able to keep them all together for like 1 year until shubunkin will be grown a lot and keep temp at maybe 71-72 degrees

I would say 72-73. Gourami can be fine there and goldfish are fine so long as temp isn’t high 70s or up.
It should be good until the shubunkin grows up a bit, it takes a bit. Maybe by then you could have a pond?

Ye I will probably will make a 200 gallon pond in about 2 years and but the larger shubunkin in it would the two goldfish be fine if i add another fancy goldfish or something and is it ok if 1 is about half an inch and the other is about 3 quarters of and inch

3 goldfish in 200 is good. Goldfish don’t usually eat smaller ones, unless it is a huge difference.
