goliath tiger fish vs red tail freshwater barracuda

does anyone have either of these fish i think they are both very cool looking and very vicious which i like but i cant find much about these fish in tanks except videos of them eating goldfish does anyone know anything about them?

GATF OR VATF cool fish with beautiful scales,kind of skittish at 1st but after some time or in bigger tank they will settle down(tend to bang glass or rub it's jaw against the base of the tank when they are stress).Not a messy eater,can be trained or by natural feed on Hikari foodsticks.Can be kept with other species which sizes are around the same(mine is sharing her tank with my Armatus,kept before together with VATF,Arapaima and Gars.Above info are given from my personal experience with ATF,it may not occur to you or other ATF owners.

I am sure there is more Ace's (freshwater barracuda) but I know very little about them nor have I ever owned one for longer than 2 days

Just got my GATF let you know how it goes. How can you tell the difference between both? I know their are 5 sub-species of ATF, how do you know the difference?
