Goliath Tiger Fish?

I remember seeing it and reading about it once but can't place my finger on its name. It's not a dorado either.

No, not a golden shiner but IIRC it is indeed a cyprinid.

its not a tiger fish

it looks like some species of barilius, Raiamas, or something similar

raiamas senegalensis its one of the barbs that mimic tiger fish and swim together with them, they're caught and sold together, comes in as contaminants., cool fish, doesn't get more than 30 cm max.
