As any of us Jerseyans know, there are really no stores in the South Jersey area other than the Aquarium Center in Clementon and thats 45 mins away from me. Gonna hit the road next week and lookin for ideas as to where to go in Jersey or Pa.
Gonna take a LFS road trip from South Jersey, where should I go within a few hours?

I haven't been to Aquarium Center in a while but yeah,that's about as far as South Jersey stores..There ain't much in Pa. any more either but two stores in Philadelphia that might be worth a look are Monster Pets and Giant Aquarium,both just minutes from each other....North Jersey is where the action is with Sharkaquarium and Aquascape among others...

What about hidden reef? Heard they werent doing real well. Just found this on another site geared to marine fish, but I think its pretty good....

I would definatley check out Absolutely fish and Route 4 Aquarium, also if you are into africans Fish hut has a nice selection.
I love going out to explore pet shops. Sometimes you find something different amount all the sameness.

yeah, there's also like 3 petsmarts within a 5 mile radius down here so you could check those out...hahaha

Hidden Reef is okay but they don't usually bring in many rare oddballs,definitely can't touch Sharkaquarium's selection..They do probably have any dry goods item you might happen to be looking for.Hope the rumors about them not doing well are not true.
