Great deal on a great fish. Dovii's have a lot of personality and are very owner responsive it is more like an aquatic dog than a cichlid

Just keep in mind he will most likely not want ANY tank mates at that size and the bigger he gets the more damage those canine teeth will do

well that is a steal people sell juvies for more then that..and the 125 would be good for know but..focus on buying a 180 or 210..

That is a good deal. I once bought a 8 inch male dovii for $50.
