can anyone help me on identifying the type of bristlenose it is? It's greyish and doesn't really look like all the other BN's I've seen. I'll post pics tomorrow

first fish I've lost in 7 months!

I should have never purchased him, he was still in the bag from the wholesaler so I got no gurantee, but a discount. I think this was just doomed from the start....

sorry to hear. it was a good deal though...I got lucky with some fish still in the bag from wholesale. some yoyo loaches and a blue phantom pleco. I love my BP but he's very aggressive and I probably would have seen it if I saw him in the tank at the store, but I too got a very good price on him. Don't let this death discourage you from plecos.

oh it definatly won't deter me from pleco's, their my favorite type of fish . I just gotta be more wary of what I buy
