Never really thought of dithers but how long will you use feeders before weaning them off of them?

I've never really made an effort to get my payara to eat non live but I think I will try it.Do you intend for them to live in the same tank with the tat eventually?

only for the tat to teach them to eat frozen. the jrs will out grow the tat very quickly...

hoping to keep the 2 jrs together w other fish in the future... bass maybe an aro...

I had luck with an Aro and have kept Odoe with the Armatus since day 1 here. They're still doing fine together. I think widebar SDs would be one of the best dithers out there... Rapps did have some killer yellowfin barbs that get big and were reasonably priced.

You can always take a look at Fantastic Fins in Livonia. They have a good selection that might work.
Not sure on how you feel about flagtails but they are getting a bunch in either tomorrow or friday, can't remember which:D.

good thread...was wondering the same thing
