Good enough lighting?

But im going to try and price match it at petsmart first, then order it from bigals. Their shipping is cheaper i think.
Anyways, if i do get that light. Do you think reaction co2 is good enough Say, two 2liter bottles, hooked up to their own glass diffusers? Im not really looking forward into pressurized atm.

you will need a few 2 liter bottles for the 55 gal. you prob will never have good levels of co2. over time pressurized co2 will be a lot cheaper. the 50/50 bulbs dont do much good. i use bulbs between 6500-10000.
you will prob need more then that. 3-4 if not more. having one on each end would be better but you can hook them together.
diy is ment for smaller tanks 20 gal or less. once you get higher then that it gets to be almost pointless. you will end up spending more money on diy stuff then just getting a co2 tank.
