So whats a good filter for a 55G? Like a bio-wheel or canister etc...thnx

well theres a aqua-tech power filter for 30-60G do you think itd be good..

I have always used the big biowheels/emperors on my 55g
I love them, but the ACs are supposed to be nice

The Ehiem 2215 or 2217 would be good filters for that size. The FX5 would be about 10x as much filtration as you would need on a 55g.

AquaClear HOB's are pretty good as well.

There are also some nice Ehiem knockoff canisters on Ebay for about $80 that do a decent job (check out the Jebao 304, I have two of them and love them).

Pfft... I'm running AC 70, AC 110, Eheim 2217, AND Fluval FX5 on my 55g.
